By creating an account, accessing content, or using any features of Thryva Education, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Eligibility and User Responsibility
Thryva Education is designed for students, parents, and educators in Australia. You must be at least 13 years old to create an individual account, or have consent from a parent, guardian, or school administrator if under this age.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, school policies, and education authority guidelines.
Educational Purpose Only
Thryva Education is an educational support tool. It is not a replacement for certified teaching, school instruction, or official curriculum documentation.
We provide AI-enhanced learning content and tools aligned with Australian curricula, but we do not guarantee academic performance outcomes or assessment results.
Content Accuracy and Use
While we strive to maintain up-to-date and accurate educational content, Thryva Education makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of materials provided on the Platform.
Any AI-generated responses, quizzes, or resources are intended to support learning and must be verified independently by students or educators before use in assessments or assignments.
Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use.
Thryva Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are found to be used fraudulently or inappropriately.
Subscription and Payments
Certain features or tools may only be available via paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and features on the Platform are owned by Thryva Education or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercialise any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are committed to protecting student and educator privacy in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable state regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Thryva Education will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any reliance on educational materials or services provided.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may suspend services for maintenance or legal compliance.
Third-Party Services
Some parts of the Platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., text-to-speech, analytics). We make every effort to ensure these services meet our privacy and educational standards, but are not responsible for their content or reliability.
Changes to These Terms
